Manalapan Florida is a town of about 400 year-round residents, situated between South Palm Beach and Ocean Ridge. The town of Manalapan is bifurcated by part of the Intracoastal waterway and shares part of Hypoluxo Island with the town of Lantana. The name Manalapan was initially meant to be derived from a New Jersey town, but in actuality means Good Bread in a Native American language. Manalapan is a loose population area, and memberships of the town's leadership strive to deter building companies from over-developing its well-protected land. With all of the best retail shopping, local dining, and necessary amenities, Manalapan Florida is a self-sustaining town that offers its residents the very best in quality. Manalapan boasts beautiful white sand beaches, open waterways for boaters, and is near to great parks and preserves, so one can always enjoy outdoor activities.
